MEET ROR / TERMS OF SERVICE← HOME

Terms of service.

These terms cover the Meet Ror website, app and subscriptions. Contact admin@meetror.com for support, cancellation or a complaint. Keep a copy of these terms and your checkout confirmation.

1. The beta service

Meet Ror prepares personal briefings from services you choose to connect. Beta features may change, be unavailable or contain errors. Meet Ror is not a medical device and does not provide medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or over to create an account. Keep your sign-in secure and connect only accounts you own or are authorised to use. You may disconnect services from the account area at any time. The service is for personal use; using a work connection also requires your employer’s authorisation where applicable.

3. Connected services

WHOOP, Oura Ring, Apple, Slack, Microsoft, Google and other providers operate under their own terms. Meet Ror requests read-only access wherever practical and will not send messages or change source data unless a future feature clearly asks for separate permission.

4. Health information

Readiness, sleep, heart-rate and related summaries are informational. They should not replace professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Seek appropriate help for medical concerns or emergencies.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other accounts or submit unlawful content. We may pause access where necessary to protect users or the service.

6. Plans and trials

Meet Ror may offer Free, Plus and Pro access. The features, limits, current price, trial length and renewal period shown when you subscribe form part of your purchase. A trial converts to the selected paid subscription at the displayed price unless you cancel before the trial ends. Eligibility may be limited to one trial or introductory offer per person, account or payment account.

7. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual period until cancelled. Website subscriptions are managed through the billing portal. App Store subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple through your Apple Account. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals but normally leaves paid access active until the end of the current period. Any statutory refund or cancellation rights remain unaffected.

8. Complimentary and test access

Meet Ror may grant revocable complimentary or beta access to founders, team members and testers. This access has no cash value and does not change ownership of the account or connected data. It may be replaced by a paid plan for future periods after reasonable notice.

9. Availability and liability

The beta is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be delayed, changed or withdrawn while the service is tested. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Refunds and consumer rights

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the 24-hour monthly and 14-day annual website refund promises and how to request a refund. They do not restrict statutory rights. UK consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a new online service contract. Nothing in these terms removes your rights to a service provided with reasonable care and skill, or remedies required by consumer law.

11. Clear prices and changes

The total subscription charge, currency, billing interval, applicable taxes, trial end and renewal conditions must be shown before you agree to pay. We do not add a separate Meet Ror activation or cancellation fee. Your bank may apply currency conversion charges. We will give reasonable advance notice of price changes before renewal and let you cancel before a changed price applies.

12. Privacy, your content and intellectual property

The Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. You retain rights in the content you provide and allow us to process it only as needed to deliver the service. Meet Ror branding and software, and the separate rights of connected providers, remain with their respective owners. Third-party logos identify integrations and do not imply endorsement.

13. Ending or resetting an account

You can request deletion or reset in Account. Reset removes briefing content, settings and connections while retaining your login and subscription. Neither reset nor deleting the app cancels a subscription. Review billing before deleting your account. We may restrict misuse proportionately and, where practicable, explain the reason and how to contact us. If we end a prepaid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will address unused charges in accordance with your legal rights.

14. Complaints and governing law

Contact admin@meetror.com with a complaint so we can investigate. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their home jurisdiction where the law permits. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Updates

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or law. We will give notice of material changes and explain your options before they affect an existing subscription. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights you already have.
